One of our customers won a contract from the Government
to operate a computer/television based learning program.

On behalf of them we contacted all of the
relevant primary/secondary schools.
Each school received an initial guide to the program
along with a faxback order form for guides to the
19 subjects covered by the program

The orders where then faxed to us and the details
entered into our specially created database.
Order details were checked against the levels of stock that we
were holding on site and daily picking lists/personalised
despatched notes produced for those orders despatched.

We knew at the touch of a button, which orders
couldn’t be fulfilled due to lack of stock and we
could also report to the customer exact figures of
stock held on site and stock required to fulfill orders.
