Company History

Commercial Forms Limited began trading in 1970 as a computer stationery and business forms distributor.
The company steadily grew until it was
taken over by SCS in 1985.
The current owners successfully completed a
management buy out in 1989.
CFL had been run initially as a small family operation
and this is the structure that the new team returned to.

As the industry has grown CFL have grown with it. We have
developed the flexibility to provide complete end to end
solutions to satisfy the needs of our customers

In 1999 Commercial Forms Limited changed its trading
name to Commercial Facilities & Logistics to represent
the more varied product range and services that
we are now able to offer.
